I wanted to trade in my 2016 Corvette Stingray for the 2025 edition. Living in San Antonio, I found that Competition Yellow LT1 Corvettes were unavailable in my area, as well as in Austin and Houston. The only dealership with the specific model I desired was Sam Pack's Five Star Chevrolet in Carrollton, Texas. I finalized the deal remotely via phone, text messages, and emails, and picked up the car this past Saturday. I'd like to extend my thanks to Sales Consultant Joe Harrell, Customer Relations Ron Daily, and Finances Lee Nolen, who made the entire experience pleasant and stress-free.

Came in for an alignment and a concern of a possible leak from the windshield fluid on my Silverado 1500. They found the reservoir had a leak and they also found a leak in the oil pan. All was covered under warranty and Jessy did an amazing job with communication. Very pleased with the service.

They offer free snacks, water and coffee and it is very comfortable and clean. The women's bathroom is lovely too. I appreciate the texts and videos that the mechanic sends to keep me updated on my Tahoe. I drive from an hour away to go to this dealership. Highly recommend!
