I bought my Traverse at one dealership. I chose Sam Pack Chevrolet as my dealership for maintenance and service. I couldn't be happier with this decision. In 2022 you basically had to buy a car where it was shipped if you could get one at all. Sam Pack keeps us updated and goes above and beyond even on a simple oil change. When I need another car it will come from Sam Pack Chevrolet!

We were told to come in at 2PM to pick up our truck.
We were told to come in at 2PM to pick up our truck. We were called on the drive over by the office to confirm we were on the way. When we arrived, the salesperson informed us that the new truck had been loaned out and was not available until it was returned. Further, we were informed that an email had been sent and if we had read the email we would know not to visit at 2PM. This excuse was repeated multiple times as if it was our fault. To say this was a disappointment would be a major understatement. Not only did the salesperson make minimal effort to contact us, and even blame us the inconvenience, but the caller who checked on us to make sure we came at 2PM seemed to be unaware of the situation that we had informed of. Lack of integrity, lack of responsibility, lack of respect for other peoples time.

Thursday, I had inquired about my car on the website and
Thursday, I had inquired about my car on the website and that night, Austin sent me a video of it! We communicated via email and neither my husband or I could get to the dealership Friday so made arrangements to meet up first thing Saturday so gave Austin my number and said we would be there by the time they opened. We arrived and, not only was Austin there to greet us, but he had the car parked by the entrance for us to test drive. I'm unfamiliar with the area, but he was able to casually guide us around and made the experience very comfortable for us. I've been wanting the VW Atlas for years and knew it was time to trade in our van for one... we just hadn't quite found The One or the one with the right price. He gave us a quote and when we still couldn't make it happen by paying cashing, he went and spoke with the GM and they came out and gave us a new quote that had me smiling with pure joy when my husband said "okay!". Due to unforeseen circumstances with maintenance on the car, we didn't get to drive home with it Saturday, but Austin remained in contact with me to make sure the car was in tip top shape before we took it from them. Getting the call today that it was ready, was the best news ever! He delivered it to my work (school) and explained some more things to me and then took my van. Everyone at outside duty were in awe of the service I received and told them to car shop with Austin and Sam Peck's Chevrolet in Carrollton!!! Thank you, Austin!!!

Have their pros and cons. Sales team was quite nice to deal with, having no pressure and actually went above and beyond in how they let me inspect the used vehicle I eventually purchased. Purchasing the car was smooth without hassle. It was quick since there was no financing or warranty purchasing. Unfortunately, something must have gone wrong in the registration process because it took 9.5 weeks for my plates to arrive at the dealership. My sales representative had to defer to the titling department for status. No one from that department ever responded to the voicemails I left, nor chat sessions through their help interface. The only way I ever got information for why the process was taking so long was by visiting the dealership again in person, where I was finally able to talk to someone in titling directly. The reasons given for the delay were not satisfactory - implying there had been no mistakes, and they were just backed up. If that is the only reason, they may need to improve processes and add more personnel. In the end, whatever they had to do to complete the process got done, so it worked out alright, but I found the communication during the experience to be severely lacking.

I was at a Chevy Dealers close to my home it had no cars in the showroom. Lloyd is an excellent Salesman he is personable and good listener and professional. Matt is excellent and every person I talked with Was a pleasure to work with. In fact it felt like I was in a Cadilac Dealership. I would go so far as,saying they should be the GM model. I have loved General Motors my entire life. My wife and I are very pleased with my Malibu Premier. Keep up the good work. Always always make continuous improvements a priority. Our transaction was totally satisfying. I bought my Camaro SS sight unseen, other than the correspondence thru e-mails. I started e-mailing with Regina, who was very responsive and helpful. She handed my off to Franko in Sales. Franko sent me several videos of the car, and took requests for the next video. When Franko and I had agreed to a price, he handed my off the Gio. Gio walked my thru the cash purchase and was very patient waiting for my money to be wired to them. Franko had agreed to have the car delivered to my house some 200+ miles from Carrolton. He quoted me $535 dollars for enclosed shipping. The car got to our house when scheduled, and Franko has not asked for the shipping to be reimbursed. I couldn't have asked for a more seamless car purchase. I'm 68, so I've bought many cars. Probably my easiest car purchase to date. Highly recommend Five Star, and especially Regina, Franko and Gio. Thanks again guys!

Thursday, I had inquired about my car on the website and

We communicated via email and neither my husband or I could get to the dealership Friday so made arrangements to meet up first thing Saturday so gave Austin my number and said we would be there by the time they opened. We arrived and, not only was Austin there to greet us, but he had the car parked by the entrance for us to test drive. I'm unfamiliar with the area, but he was able to casually guide us around and made the experience very comfortable for us. I've been wanting the VW Atlas for years and knew it was time to trade in our van for one... we just hadn't quite found The One or the one with the right price. He gave us a quote and when we still couldn't make it happen by paying cashing, he went and spoke with the GM and they came out and gave us a new quote that had me smiling with pure joy when my husband said "okay!". Due to unforeseen circumstances with maintenance on the car, we didn't get to drive home with it Saturday, but Austin remained in contact with me to make sure the car was in tip top shape before we took it from them. Getting the call today that it was ready, was the best news ever! He delivered it to my work (school) and explained some more things to me and then took my van. Everyone at outside duty were in awe of the service I received and told them to car shop with Austin and Sam Peck's Chevrolet in Carrollton!!! Thank you, Austin!!!

I answered the email requesting information. I got a call back right away from Loyd at 5 Star Chevrolet. Have their pros and cons. Sales team was quite nice to deal with, having no pressure and actually went above and beyond in how they let me inspect the used vehicle I eventually purchased. Purchasing the car was smooth without hassle. It was quick since there was no financing or warranty purchasing. Unfortunately, something must have gone wrong in the registration process because it took 9.5 weeks for my plates to arrive at the dealership. My sales representative had to defer to the titling department for status. No one from that department ever responded to the voicemails I left, nor chat sessions through their help interface. The only way I ever got information for why the process was taking so long was by visiting the dealership again in person, where I was finally able to talk to someone in titling directly. The reasons given for the delay were not satisfactory - implying there had been no mistakes, and they were just backed up. If that is the only reason, they may need to improve processes and add more personnel. In the end, whatever they had to do to complete the process got done, so it worked out alright, but I found the communication during the experience to be severely lacking.

We were told to come in at 2PM to pick up our truck.
We were told to come in at 2PM to pick up our truck. We were called on the drive over by the office to confirm we were on the way. When we arrived, the salesperson informed us that the new truck had been loaned out and was not available until it was returned. Further, we were informed that an email had been sent and if we had read the email we would know not to visit at 2PM. This excuse was repeated multiple times as if it was our fault. To say this was a disappointment would be a major understatement. Not only did the salesperson make minimal effort to contact us, and even blame us the inconvenience, but the caller who checked on us to make sure we came at 2PM seemed to be unaware of the situation that we had informed of. Lack of integrity, lack of responsibility, lack of respect for other peoples time.

Came to get a warranty job done and installed a new windshield washer reservoir. All my services were done in just under an hour. Would highly recommend to my family and friends. My service advisor was also very friendly when i showed up and gave me all the information I needed when i showed up. My service technician also took very great care of my vehicle to make sure no messes were left behind from their work. Very professional, would come again.
